It seems that a good old bathroom renovation has been the ultimate thing a homeowner can do to their home for years now. After all, the bathroom is one of the most important rooms in the home, being a room that each family member will use multiple times a day.

If your bathroom has started to lower the tone of your home, it could be a good idea to renovate it. That being said, 2017 presents many challenges. Less and less people are looking to buy because the market isn’t great, and the tools and labour for renovating could be very costly.

New Bath – Average cost – £400

A new bath can give your bathroom a brand new look, and make bath time a real joy. However, they can vary wildly in price!

New Shower  – Average cost – £60-£500

There are some great showers out there these days, some with massage features, and some that are even designed to softly disperse water like a rain shower.

New Toilet – Average cost £200-£400

A new toilet is another way to give the bathroom more personality, especially if you’ve had the same one for a while. However, it can be one of the most expensive things to replace.
