     It is, spinal injury + 2 spinal surgeries = pain for life ;(

   Urgh, it will get better. I used to have loads of medication and now have none.

     I was pretty much medication free a few months ago, not I can’t stand the pain anymore so I’m on the again, it’s not going to beat me though x

      Thank you Kate. it’s a long term thing and it’s unlikely I’ll ever be pill or pain free. Life goes on x

    Wow, that’s a flashback to when I had SPD in pregnancy. Dealing with pain every day is soooo wearing. Wash it down with a glass of wine? Not the wise solution but needs must…

      Thanks for your comment, yes, daily pain wears you down, it’s horrible. It’s rare I slosh my pills down with a drinkie, but sometimes they do need a bit of extra help. Sometimes 🙂
